World renowned Japanese chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa will open his highly anticipated Spanish\/Japanese fusion restaurant in Puente Romano at the end of May.<\/p>\n

The owner of the gastronomic empire ‘Nobu’ has 34 restaurants across four continents that attracts legions of celebrities such as Tom Cruise, Richard Gere and Robert de Niro and critical acclaim among chefs. Located within the Puente Romano Beach Resort & Spa on the Golden Mile, the establishment will be the first Nobu to open in Spain and will join the resort’s magnetic gastronomic offering of ten high-class restaurants including the two-Michelin star ‘Dani Garcia’.<\/p>\n

Nobu’s menu is known for signature dishes including Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Jalape\u00f1o and Wagyu Beef and also offers an array of the finest tartar\u2019s, tempura’s, sushi and sashimi. With stylish and atmospheric interiors, Nobu’s master mixologists will serve crafted cocktails on the bar and terrace adjacent to the restaurant, all of which have been envisioned by Jean-Pierre Martel, one of Spain’s most cutting edge interior designers.<\/p>\n

The Nobu Hospitality Group is also currently preparing the opening of Nobu Hotel Marbella in the Spring of 2018. The boutique hotel will offer a limited number of luxury suites to high-class clientele with priority access to the restaurant, an exclusive in-room dining menu, a private swimming pool and Natura Bisse amenities.<\/p>\n

During a recent stay on the Costa del Sol, Nobu made a surprise visit to Los Marinos Jos\u00e9, one of Benalmadena’s longest serving and most prized culinary gems. The family owned business has been operating out of the same locale in Carvajal for over 30 years and offer the finest variety of fish and seafood in a daily changing menu. Often frequented by Spanish locals, discerning expats and a growing number of tourists who have done their research, Nobu\u2019s visit confirms the exceptionally high standard of the gastronomic offerings of the treasured local restaurant.<\/p>\n
