Find a good real estate agent
You will need an agent who fully understands your wishes and needs regarding the type of property you are looking for and the areas that best suit your requirements. From Dream Home to Reality
That luxurious villa in Sierra Blanca or that beautiful two-bedroom apartment in Fuengirola is just what you were looking for. You want it. Now what? To take a property off the market in Spain, the usual procedure is to reserve it with a small deposit of around €6,000 and sign a reservation contract outlining the agreed terms.
We help you negotiate the best deal and ensure all key conditions are included, while making sure your deposit is safely held in our client account (or your lawyer’s escrow account) and only transferred to a bank or reputable developer with a protected escrow service.
Legal assistance at all times
At Domus Venari, we recommend a group of law firms with extensive experience that will accompany you throughout the entire purchase process in your own language. However, if you wish, you can hire your own lawyer. Your lawyer will ensure that the property is in perfect legal condition and will identify any possible debts or liens that must be settled by the seller. They will also draw up a formal purchase agreement, in which a percentage of the purchase price must be paid. A date will be set for signing before a notary.
Once everything has been signed and paid before a notary, you will be the proud owner of your dream property in Spain. Your lawyer will also take care of connecting all utilities, such as water, electricity, and telephone.
