We are a couple from Stockholm. We have taken vacations many times on the sunny coast of Spain and always had a great time, in fact so good that we have bought a second home in El Higueron. Everything started by finding an interesting item on a site that was linked to Domus Venari. We contacted them and immediately received a very good contact with Johanna who called us back after we emailed. During the weeks that went on before we headed down to Spain, Johanna contacted us continuously suggesting various properties and also gave us a lot of information which was very valuable to us. We started looking for a property on the Costa del Sol about 4 years ago. We have been around with many agents and looked at different properties during these 4 years. We have also tried to live in different areas on the coast to find the right area for us.This time we got the absolute best help from Domus Venari that found the right property for us. We have had incredible help and support with all that is needed when buying a property on the Costa del Sol from them. We started out by being shown several properties by their agent Cedric, who was very knowledgeable and amazingly friendly with an angel's patience. In the end, we decided for an apartment at The Med in El Higueron which is to be completed at the summer of 2019, which we are really looking forward to. Domus Venari arranged everything we needed help with, they also communicated with Olav's, a lawyer that also speaks our language and organizes all the legal documents that we need.
