What started as a property venture for us turned into finding a new lease of life in Spain. At the start of our journey, we had quite a few boxes we wanted a property to tick but knew from experience that we would likely need to compromise on a few. With this in mind we began our search with Nadine, who quite honestly made the search so productive and entertaining that we looked forward to each day with her and the time flew by. We saw some really great properties and through Nadine’s intuition and ingenuity, she managed to do the impossible and found us a place we didn’t have to compromise on at all! We were delighted to say the least. It was then that Sharon took the reins and boy were we in good hands, as she managed to negotiate a significant reduction in price for us on the property we loved, as well as filling us with laughter along the way. It feels like an understatement to say that we wholeheartedly recommend Domus Venari for anybody looking for Spanish property. From our experience the agents were extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to really getting to know you and finding the perfect property for you personally. They went above and beyond for us every step of the way, even after the deal was closed. Nothing seemed too small a task for these people, they went way beyond what we expected or have ever experienced before. Not only did we find what we were looking for, I think we also found some genuinely wonderful people and new friends for life. Dear Domus Team, About two years ago we met Sharon for the first time with her kindness, enthusiasm and professionalism! This year, our daughter Esther asked me to advise her to find a property in Spain as investment. My first thought was to contact Domus. During our stay in March 2017 we contacted Domus Venari again and visited unexpectedly, we came into a warm bath! Thank you Begonia having been so kind with us, we are so pleased having found the object we where looking for since about a month. Both of you had the intelligence and feelings to understand what our sensibility was looking for. Beeing together on the top on "Hill Collection 1" was also a great moment and a real opportunity to project us in the future from our actuel dream and it was so good afterwards to celebrate together our decision to buy at La Reserva by drinking this very good bottle of Champagne. 25-01-2016 will remain a very specific day! We got a fantastic reception and assistance from Domus Venari and Steven Roberts in our search to find our dream home on the Costa del Sol.
